The project
Chauffeur and limousine operators run a business that is deceptively complex: enquiries that need pricing before they become bookings, multi-leg journeys, driver and vehicle allocation, and dispatch that has to work at four in the morning. Most operators handle it in a mix of email, spreadsheets and phone calls. 4Fleet replaces that with one system, architected multi-tenant so each operator runs on isolated data inside a shared platform. The repetitive layer - quoting, confirmations, allocation, status updates - runs on its own, so operator time goes to the exceptions. In 2026 the interface was rebuilt around how operators actually work rather than around the database: enquiries in next-action queues, bookings grouped by day, clients as relationships rather than rows. It is also the operational backend for the Irish Transfer website, so the marketing site and the operation are a single pipeline rather than two systems joined by copy-paste.
